Team Training With Grayco, Sherwin WIlliams, and CertaPro Corporate

We are always looking for ways to help our team learn and improve. This week we hosted a commercial painting training session at the CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee home office. Representatives from Grayco, Sherwin WIlliams, and the CertaPro corporate team took time to demonstrate new products and techniques that help with efficiencies in painting projects. We had a great time and everyone left with some new knowledge to bring with them on the next painting project.

Below are some photos and highlights from the day, the whole team was there to learn and actively participate in trying out new products and techniques. We even gave the exterior of our building a fresh coat of paint to give team members a chance to learn on a real-world application.

While the focus of the days event was tools and techniques for commercial projects, much of what was covered also applies to residential jobs as well. This included trying out some of Grayco’s latest paint sprayers on cabinet doors.
