Amy joined the CertaPro team in March of 2023. For the past 22 years she has worked various roles in the hospitality industry. Needless to say, she sees great value in customer service. Amy is a Florida native and moved to East Tennessee in 2013. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with family.
