Our team was brought in to refresh the common areas of the Good Samaritan Society in Indianola, Iowa. The facility hadn’t been painted in several years, and the walls showed significant wear from frequent wheelchair and walker use. We handled drywall repairs and repainted two-toned walls, metal doors, and frames throughout the high-traffic areas.
The biggest challenge was working around the daily operations of this active care facility. With 131 beds near full capacity, we coordinated closely with staff to create a schedule that minimized disruption for both residents and caregivers.
Painting the two-toned walls required precision, and our crew carefully measured and taped each section to maintain a clean, consistent look. Though time-consuming, the effort paid off. In just two weeks, the space was transformed into a fresh, welcoming environment.
We completed this project within 2 weeks between March and April 2025. This project reflects our commitment to quality, flexibility, and respect for the spaces we work in. The client expressed great satisfaction with the quality of the results.
