Condition of Facility:
The interior of the warehouse had clearly sat unused for an extended period of time. The space was vast and open, with high ceilings supported by exposed structural steel and long spans of overhead framing. Years of inactivity left a visible layer of dust across the concrete floors, beams, and mechanical systems. The walls were bare concrete and a separation wall that was unfinished drywall.
Project Involvement:
our team coordinated closely with out-of-state vendors to secure specialized materials and equipment, including paint supply and scissor lift rentals.
