Scope of the Project:

The renovation included complete wallpaper removal, drywall repair, and interior repainting throughout corridors and shared common areas. Existing wallcoverings were carefully removed, followed by repair of damaged drywall and correction of areas affected by long-term wear and minor water damage.

Once surfaces were restored, the team applied fresh interior coatings using modern color selections designed to brighten hallways and create a clean, updated appearance consistent with contemporary senior living environments. Proper preparation and finishing ensured smooth, uniform surfaces capable of withstanding daily traffic within an active healthcare setting.

Challenges and Special Techniques:

A key challenge of this project was completing renovation work within a fully occupied senior living facility. Resident comfort and safety remained the highest priority throughout all phases of construction. Work areas were carefully controlled to ensure walkways remained accessible at all times for residents, visitors, and medical staff.
