Our team has worked remotely with customers as far as California to ensure that their new home was move-in ready before they got there.

How It Works

Virtual Estimate. Conducting a remote estimate without the homeowner present is not as complicated as it may seem. If you are in the early stages of purchasing your home, our team can coordinate with the real estate agent and current homeowner to find a convenient time to perform the estimate. If you are in the final stages of purchasing your home, our team can gain access to the home via a lock box after the sale is final. Your comfort is a priority, so if our team enters the home while no one is there, we’ll give you a call while we perform the estimate. Once completed, we will send you the proposal via email.

Virtual Color Consultation. Our team can set up a free color-consultation using Zoom and the Sherwin Williams ColorSNAP tool. This tool allows our team to work with you to find just the right color for your space without conducting a typical in-person color consultation.

On-Site Painting. Once the sale of the home has been finalized, we use a lock box for entry of the home. Using a lock box facilitates the process by allowing us ease of access without having to bother the homeowner to arrange for our entry. For the duration of the painting process, our team has open communications with the homeowner over the phone and will send photo updates throughout.
