From the first site visit by Cynthia, everything was explained including any contingencies that could be encountered. All appointments were kept and she was always available to answer any questions or concerns. CertaPro recommended and then worked with the company to clean the roof properly and after drying (overnight) the fun begins. The technicians took great care to prepare the area and minimize any issue with landscaping, vehicles or cement surfaces. The process was methodical and over a two day period, two coats of the high quality product was applied. The finished result was outstanding and has even been mistaken for a new roof installation by several people in the area. I highly recommend CertaPro and we are considering an entire home painting. We could not be happier with the result.
