The Villa in Bend OR

The Villa in Bend, OR contacted us to revive their apartment building. Upon starting the project, we noticed that the exterior painting was fading and peeling terribly, stucco siding was cracking, and bumpy, and the fascia boards were coming loose, possibly due to the time and weather exposure.

The project involved various phases from start to finish including scraping, sanding, caulking, and more to ensure a thorough job. We painted the complete exterior of the property and completed considerable fascia repair, and stucco repair along the way to to achieve a beautiful finish.

We placed significant effort in stucco repairs as there was considerable damage to the stucco on the side of the building.

The project was completed in September 2024 and took about 2 weeks to complete. The client expressed great satisfaction with the outcome and commended our ability to address unexpected challenges seamlessly and in a timely manner.
