What are Epoxy Floors?

What is a Polyurea floor?
Polyurea is mostly used in commercial applications. However, it is also an option for garage floors. There are multiple finish options and the end product is much more durable than epoxy. It has a faster curing time, and lower VOC’s (less smell). Polyurea usually has a higher cost associated with it, but many homeowners choose it over a standard epoxy coating.
