Full Interior House Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
The walls of the home were covered in wallpaper that was starting to peel. The wallpaper was outdated and in much need of an update, however, the walls underneath were in average condition.

To start, we carefully removed the peeling wallpaper and made sure the walls were smooth and ready for the next steps. We knew we had to bring a fresh and modern look to the space. So, we went ahead with our process of patching any imperfections, sanding the walls to create a smooth surface, and applying a high-quality primer that would ensure the new paint would adhere properly. Finally, we applied the chosen paint color (Ben Moore OC45 Swiss Coffee), transforming the rooms from a dated time capsule to a stylish and inviting space.

CHALLENGES:
One of the main challenges we encountered was the need to complete the project within a tight timeframe. The client required their home to be professionally cleaned and staged before putting it on the market.

PROJECT TIMELINE
The project took place in April 2023 and was completed in 6 days.

A Freshly painted interior that the clients loved! As soon as the home hit the market, it had 20 offers and was under contract in 1 week.
