Arhaus Furniture Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
Arhaus Furniture hired our team to refresh and protect their building’s exterior. Over time, the building’s exterior had succumbed to typical wear and tear, and the once-vibrant wood finish had faded to a weathered grey.

To make the building look brand new again, our team power-washed the surface first. We then applied a wood brightening product and an oil-based stain to revive the wood’s original vibrant color.

CHALLENGES:
This project presented two challenges. First, we needed to work around the store’s business hours, with peak activity occurring from 1 PM to 5 PM. Our team carefully planned and executed the project to avoid interfering with the store’s daily operations.

Secondly, due to the building’s height and windy conditions, we were unable to use the spray method, leading us to paint the exterior using a brush and roll technique.

PROJECT TIMELINE
The project took place in October 2023 and was completed over three days.

THE FINAL RESULTS
The Arhaus Furniture store looked brand new again and is protected against future wear and tear. The clients loved the final results!
