Commercial Facility Painting – Hyatt House Burlington, MA

CertaPro Painters of Woburn was contracted by the Hyatt House to undertake a renovation project in Burlington, MA. The scope of the project encompassed repainting the lobby, elevator area, and bar area. The primary objective was to modernize these spaces, which had remained unchanged since the Hyatt House’s construction in 1998.

Project Involvement: 

CertaPro Painters of Woburn was selected by the Hyatt House to execute a comprehensive renovation project in Burlington, MA. This project involved revitalizing the lobby, elevator area, and bar space. The primary aim was to infuse these areas with a contemporary appeal, as they had retained their original design since the Hyatt House was first built in 1998. To enhance the customer experience, CertaPro Painters offered an added value by providing a complimentary interior designer who helped the customer choose sample colors to achieve the desired modern ambiance.

Special Challenges: 

Two different Benjamin Moore products were employed for this project. Initially, CertaPro used the Stix bonding primer, tinted to match the chosen finish color. Subsequently, two coats of Benjamin Moore Scuff-X, known for its exceptional scuff resistance in high-traffic settings, were applied.
