Terms and Conditions
- CertaPro Painters of Winnipeg West, MB must complete the project.
- Program applies to both residential & commercial properties.
- You may not refer yourself.
- Only one referral per new project address.
- To ensure eligibility for the referral program, CertaPro Painters of Winnipeg West, MB will verify the referral status. Please note that individuals whose names and addresses are already in our system will not be considered new referrals. To qualify, the referral must be newly entered into our system as your referral before their first appointment takes place.
- The referral must schedule an estimate with a Sales Representative within 30 days of referral to qualify.
- In order to maintain an accurate referral process, it is essential for the customer to explicitly state the referrer’s name before the estimate appointment. It is not permissible to contact CertaPro Painters of Winnipeg West, MB and claim that a person already present in our system is your referral. This ensures transparency and fairness in our referral program.
- Please allow 4-8 weeks after a customer’s estimate appointment has been completed before the $25.00 gift certificate is sent.
- Liability for any federal, provincial, and local taxes that may apply to referral fees paid to you is your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible, and CertaPro Painters of Winnipeg West, MB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
The referral reward program is effective on projects completed on or after October 1, 2023
