Our team at CertaPro Painters® of Willamette receives a lot of questions from home and business owners regarding their painting projects. 3-Story Home in West Linn, OR - $8,477
This 3-story house, located in West Linn, OR, cost $8477 to wash, prep, and paint. The siding and trim showed some fading and weathering with some areas of peeling paint. The smooth cedar siding, fascia, window trim, front door and some areas on the sunroom were painted. There were some areas of bare wood that needed priming before painting. Soffits or eaves are usually painted the same color as the siding, painting them a different color requires extra work. The house was painted with Super Paint a great mid-range paint and Duration a premium paint to help with durability, was used on trim.
Multiple Level Brick Home - $9,234
This house is one story in front and drops to 3 stories in back. LP siding with fading, weather, and mildew on some areas. Painted siding, trim and all doors, front, back on multiple levels, and garage. Super Paint was used on siding and Duration on trim. Cost of painting $9234.
Ranch Home in Oregon City, OR - $5,547
This was a ranch house in good condition. We painted siding, doors and frames, fascia, and gutters. The cost was $5547.
Cedar Siding Home - $5,558
This home is single story in front and 2-story in back. The smooth cedar siding, brick, trim, vertical corner boards, doors, window trim, fascia, and posts (in back) were washed, prepped, and painted. Loxon primer was used on the brick prior to painting. Super Paint was used on siding and Duration on trim. The cost of painting $5558.
