Our experience with CertaPro was very satisfying.  We have a large home on Lake  Medina which had not been painted in over 15 years.  I knew we needed a company that was large enough to handle the complications of the work but small enough to care about us as homeowners. 

I ended up receiving 3 bids from qualified painters and selected CertaPro based on an overall value quotient of price to expected services received.  My comfort level grew with Brian, the salesperson who truly understood the magnitude of the job.  I told Brian that I am a very easy person to get along with, however, I warned him my standards are very high for workmanship.  He gave me enough comfort in his crews and the experience to move forward. 

The entire process went as smoothly as possible given all the variables of weather, height, detail work, and repair work.  Both the pressure washing crew and the painting crew were professional and hardworking, but mostly they had an eye for detail that matched my own.  One particular part of the job, it was discovered that there was a mistake in the paint color.  CertaPro corrected that quickly, without question, and made it all right. 

My wife Andi and I got to know the two painters quite well given their time here (often at night and the weekends when we allowed), and found them to be very nice young men with a strong desire to please.  They were professional throughout the job and seemed to enjoy what they were doing and how they were transforming our home.
