Our Newest Commercial Painting Projects

At CertaPro Painters® of Westlake & Medina-Strongsville, we take pride in transforming commercial spaces to meet the unique needs of our clients. Two recent projects—the 200 West Apartments in Fairview Park, Ohio, and the Alliance Industries warehouse in Washington County, Ohio—exemplify our commitment to quality and adaptability.

Revitalizing 200 West Apartments

In November 2024, we were tasked with a comprehensive interior renovation of the 10-story 200 West Apartments complex. The building’s interiors were dated, featuring old wallpaper and deteriorating paint. Our team meticulously removed the existing wallpaper using pump sprayers and hand tools, followed by skim-coating the drywall to ensure a smooth painting surface. We then applied a fresh color scheme to the hallways, ceilings, doors, and door frames, as selected by the client. Given the building’s occupancy, we coordinated closely with residents and other on-site contractors to minimize disruptions and ensure a seamless workflow. Read the case study to learn more.

Transforming Alliance Industries Warehouse

In December 2024, Alliance Industries enlisted our services to repaint their aging and heavily soiled warehouse. Our crew undertook extensive surface preparation, utilizing scissor lifts and compressors to clean the ceiling and walls thoroughly before painting. Mid-project, the facility’s heating system failed, posing a significant challenge. Demonstrating our adaptability, we modified our painting approach to align with the client’s requirements and employed propane and electric heaters to maintain appropriate working conditions. After six weeks, the warehouse interior was revitalized and ready for operation. Read the case study to learn more.

These projects highlight our dedication to delivering exceptional results, regardless of the challenges presented. At CertaPro Painters® of Westlake & Medina-Strongsville, we are committed to enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of commercial spaces across Ohio
