In June 2024, Willows of Walden HOA got in touch with CertaPro Painters® of Westlake & Medina-Strongsville to alter the exterior of their homes. Before starting, the buildings were extremely weathered and faded due to a lack of maintenance on them.
We handled some light carpentry work with Cedar siding & trim along with staining. Although it was tricky to stay coordinated with tenants while reaching some very high points that required us to utilize 40 ft ladders, our team continued to work on the project without hesitation. The painters sprayed surfaces with a uniform backroll finish to all buildings and fences.
