River Walk Condominium Commercial Painting

In Summer 2021, CertaPro Painters of Westlake and Medina-Strongsville did carpentry and painting work on the exterior of the River Walk Condominiums in Rocky River, Ohio.

When we first got to the job site, it was visible that the old stain had failed, and the deck boards and stairs were beginning to rot. Our team completely tore out the old steps and rotten deck boards and replaced them. We then stained the stairs and balconies in the entire condo complex.

All the stairs and balconies of the River Walk Condos were in use at the time of this project. We worked with the board members to communicate with the condo owners about where we were going to be and when. Everything we started had to be completed before we left, or residents would have been unable to get into their homes. This took a lot of communication and planning.

This project took 8 weeks for the team to complete. Photos from before and after our team got to work can be seen below!
