Pebblebrook Apartments Refresh in Kent, OH

In February 2024, Pebblebrook Apartments in Kent, OH hired us to modify the halls of their facility. Before starting, the hallways were in rough shape with repairs being needed throughout all three floors. There are multiple tenants in these buildings so the foot traffic is on the higher side. The Walls and trim were beat up pretty bad.

This project included some minor drywall repair, priming any areas repairs were made, applying Sherwin Williams high performance coatings to the walls, trim and handrails. We also brought their natural wood risers and transition pieces back to life with some semi-transparent stain. Our team was up for the challenge and worked with the elements, we made sure we were being as accommodating as possible with the residents who live there to ensure we were not interfering with their day to day.

In 2.5 weeks, we refreshed this building and made it even more inviting! We used protective films, rollers, brushes, sanding pads, ladders and scaffolding to complete the project. Another delighted customer! See the transformation below.
