Alliance Industries Warehouse Commercial Painting Case Study

In December 2024, Alliance Industries contracted CertaPro Painters® to repaint the full interior of their warehouse in Washington County, Ohio. The facility was old and extremely dirty.

Our crew performed thorough preparation and cleaning of surfaces prior to painting. We used multiple scissor lifts to reach the highest points of the ceiling deck and utilized compressors to do a blow down of all dirt and debris from the ceiling and walls prior to painting. Additionally, the heating system broke down during the project, so we had to adjust. We altered the paint system we were using while still matching the client’s specifications, and we relied on self-heating the facility using propane and electric heaters.

After 6 weeks of work, the warehouse’s interior was fully painted and ready to be used. See examples of our work below!
