City of Avon Storage Facility

Avon, OH Storage Facility Commercial Painting

In June of 2024, the City of Avon contracted CertaPro Painters of Westlake and Medina-Strongsville to repaint the exterior one of their storage facilities in Avon, OH.

When we first started this project, the storage unit was in very poor condition, as large amounts of mildew and moss were present on the siding and roof. We were specifically contracted to remove rust from the siding and roof and to make repairs to damaged areas of roof and skylight. We had to start by removing the moss and mildew by thoroughly power washing the affected surfaces and removing all the debris prior to priming and painting.  We addressed all problem areas and used a high-grade roof coating for the metallic roof and premium Sherwin-Williams paint for the outside.

We completed this project in 2 and a half weeks, and we completed the project with no issues, providing a paint job that will last for years to come! Check out photos of the completed project below.
