The Shoreline Apartments Revamp in Cleveland, OH

In June 2024, The Shoreline Apartments in Cleveland, OH hired us to give their facility a fresh new look. Prior to starting, the hallways were in rough shape with wallpaper all throughout.

This project had our team remove all wallpaper, skim coat all walls, apply a prime coat and two finish coats to all walls. We also needed to paint all the door frames with two finish coats of fresh paint. We used ladders, scaffolding and flood lights. Our painters dealt with special challenges professionally and worked with their surroundings. Due to the large scope of the project, we needed to coordinate with the flooring company and other contractors. We implemented a nice three color scheme throughout all five floors of the apartment building.

In six weeks, we livened up this apartment complex and made it brighter! Another thrilled customer! See the transformation below.
