Forest Cove Condominiums Siding Replacement in Green, OH

From July 2023 to October 2023, Forest Cove Condominiums in Green, OH hired us to transform the exterior of their facility. Before starting, these buildings were in very bad shape. The wood siding was falling off some of the units due to years of neglect and the stain was peeling and chipping all throughout the community.

For this project, we had perform major carpentry repairs and in some cases, full re-siding of some units. We used a combination of T1-11 siding and trim boards as well as Raw Cedar siding and trim boards. Our team was up for the challenge and worked with the elements. Forest Cove is a very quiet community so we needed to keep that in mind to be the least invasive as possible for the residents. The buildings themselves were riddled with multiple years of moisture build-up which presented some challenges when it came to installing the new siding and trim. In areas where we kept the existing siding in place, we needed to scrape all existing stain from the substrate to ensure proper adhesion was taking place with the new Benjamin Moore coating system.

In three months, we refreshed this building and made it even more alluring! This project involved multiple lifts to reach the high spots as well as sprayers, extension poles, finish and rough carpentry equipment. Another delighted customer! See the transformation below.
