Keithleen Dumling, better known as Kit, is a dynamic and creative Office Associate based in
the Philippines who brings both precision and heart to everything she does. Since beginning
her role in June 2024, Kit has become an essential bridge between operations and customer
experience, ensuring that every project flows smoothly from the start of production all the way
to the final, satisfying result.
A licensed architect by profession, Kit combines structure, organization, and creativity in her
work. it brings organization, creativity, and attention to detail into her work. She manages
administrative tasks, customer communications, and scheduling, helping create seamless
and positive experiences for clients.
Beyond operations, she contributes to the company’s social media presence and marketing
efforts, designing engaging content and creative collaterals that help the franchise connect
with its audience. She is also a graphic designer, painter, and mural artist, constantly
finding new ways to bring ideas to life.
Outside of her professional work, Kit is an active church leader, guiding and mentoring groups
while helping individuals grow both personally and spiritually.
