John became the owner of CertaPro Painters® of Western Chester County in 2016. After extensive research, he chose CertaPro because of its client-centered approach, strong reputation, and commitment to serving local communities.
Before joining CertaPro Painters®, John spent more than 30 years in corporate America, building a successful career in sales and management for health and welfare benefits insurance and brokerage firms. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
John is the proud father of four exceptional adult children and the proud grandfather (“Pop”) of his granddaughter, Suzy Fecile. Following the loss of his son, Michael, and several significant life changes, John made the decision to pursue a new path as a small business owner. That experience reinforced his commitment to building a company focused not only on delivering outstanding painting services but also on giving back to the communities it serves.
Community involvement has always been important to John. Throughout the years, he has dedicated his time as a board member, youth coach, and referee for local soccer organizations, contributing to youth athletics for more than 30 years. He has also coached youth baseball and softball and remains an enthusiastic supporter of Philadelphia sports. As a longtime season ticket holder for Philadelphia Union, he enjoys cheering on the Union and following all of Philadelphia’s professional teams.
Today, John resides in West Grove, Pennsylvania, where he continues to lead CertaPro Painters® of Western Chester County with a focus on customer service, community involvement, and helping homeowners and businesses improve and maintain their properties.
