We had the exterior of our house painted. Our first point of contact was KIM, who liaised between us and the office. She broke everything down – prices, product, options, time and job expectations so that it was all quite easy to understand. She was professional yet very pleasant. We liked it that she always returned calls. The painters themselves, FRANCISCO and FERNANDO were a pleasure to work with and also did a great job. They understood what they had to do, were quite patient indeed (we are sticklers for detail) and cleaned up after themselves as they worked. CertaPro is not the cheapest around but you certainly get what your money’s worth and the peace of mind and satisfaction that come along with a job well done !
