A Complete Townhome Refresh by CertaPro Painters® of Vancouver

Project: CertaPro Painters® of Vancouver, BC was tasked with the exterior painting of a series of townhomes located in Port Coquitlam. This project involved pressure washing and painting six blocks of homes, which were divided between two crews, each responsible for three blocks. The work included coordinating with other professionals to ensure smooth progress.

Process: Before painting, the team thoroughly pressure washed the exterior of the townhomes. Using two 65′ boom lifts, our crews tackled the height and hard-to-reach areas, including windows and fences. A small rented storage unit was used for equipment management, ensuring everything was efficiently organized.

To maintain consistent quality, our office manager visited the job sites weekly to meet with the crews, review the progress, and made note of any areas needing touch-ups or general concerns. The team also worked closely with the management company’s carpenter and landscaping company to coordinate around carpentry work and tree or bush trimming that was needed for full access to certain areas.

Result: The two-month project resulted in a stunning transformation for the townhomes. The exterior received a fresh, vibrant look, enhancing the overall appearance of the buildings. Our seamless coordination with the carpenter and landscaping teams ensured that all work was completed efficiently, while maintaining high standards of quality.
