Office Facility Interior Project
This office building and warehouse, located in St. Paul, was in need of an interior makeover. Before we could begin painting, however, our team had to remove the commercial wallpaper that covered the facility. The commercial wallpaper was old and failing on all walls of the facility – hallways, conference rooms, offices and bathrooms.

OATI Bloomington is a state-of-the-art microgrid center. This campus is the latest of their facilities and displays their cutting edge culture in the design of the building. Outdoor Recreation Retailer Painting Project
Cabela’s (a subsidiary of Bass Pro Shops) is an outdoor recreation retailer known for being a destination attraction for locals and tourists. Minnesota locations range from 65,000 to 185,000 sq ft. Each location has large log framed canopies and eaves, log siding, and stonework exteriors. Work was performed at the Woodbury, Owatonna, East Grand Forks, and Rogers locations. Our expert CertaPro team was called to get these colors back to a standard uniform color.

Riverview at Terra Springs
Riverview at Terra Springs is a four-story condominium complex consisting of 30+ condos. The building is located on the north end of historic downtown Stillwater, Minnesota, with a stunning view of the St. Croix river. The project itself was about 20,000 square feet.
This project primarily consisted of painting project, but also involved power washing, caulking, scraping, and some light siding repairs. CertaPro Painters was happy to help.

Church Sanctuary and Common Areas
CertaPro Painters of Twin Cities East was contracted to paint a large church facility including the common areas and sanctuary. When work began, the looks was very outdated. The church hired a designer to help with not only colors on the wall but also flooring, band space, and the outdated sounds screens on the wall needed a solution to go with there new scheme.

Gymnasium Painting
CertaPro Painters of Twin Cities East was contracted to paint the Cesar Chavez gymnasium located in Maplewood during COVID-19. Organizing meals and activities in the gym was moved so we could get it quickly painted and get them back! They needed a a good color match, some lightening, and a lift due to the height, a logo was placed on the fresh paint job for some added school spirit.

Recreational Park Painting
Community recreation area needed a fresh coat on their sport court, roughly 3,000 square feet. The court hadn't been resurfaced in many years leaving exposed asphalt and faded lines.
