Scholar Hotel Interior
The Building:
CertaPro Painters® of Syracuse, NY was hired to do a renovation of the interior of a local Scholar Hotel.
Scope of the Project:
The professionals at CertaPro Painters® of Syracuse, NY worked on the full-site interior of the hotel. This included a complete renovation of the 1925 building; 76 hotel rooms were painted along with hallways and the fitness center.
Along with painting, the project also involved drywall repair, rough carpentry, demo, finishing carpentry, and wallpaper removal.
Since the hotel was still operating, we completed the job in 4 phases over a span of about 11 months, August 2019 through June 2020. We coordinated with the hotel to work around operations to minimize interruption, and were mindful of painting as the safety of employees and customers were of the utmost importance.
