DO YOU HAVE A PROJECT MINIMUM?
In the months of May – September our minimum is $1,500.00. Months of October – April there is no minimum.

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured. Both General Liability and Workers’ Compensation

WHAT LICENSES DO YOU HAVE?
We are licensed Home Improvement Contractors in the states of New York and New Jersey

HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU SEND OUT FOR EACH JOB?
This will vary from day to day and job to job. Typically, no less than 2 painters will be on a job site at a time. We schedule each job with the appropriate number of painters.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a 2 year limiter warranty. Details are provided with each of our proposals.

WHAT TYPE OF PAINT DO YOU USE?
We primarily use Sherwin-Williams paints and stains.

DO YOU HAVE ECO-FRIENDLY PAINT OPTIONS?
Yes, upon request we can provide options of low and zero-VOC products.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO PAINT MY HOUSE?
There are many variables that go into the cost of a paint job. You can schedule a FREE estimate appointment and you will receive a detailed proposal in 24 hours or less.

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT CAN CHANGE THE COST AFTER A CUSTOMER RECEIVES A QUOTE?
Any changes to the scope of work or product selections will result in an adjusted price. Time is also a factor, our proposals are good for 30 days.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD PEOPLE PAINT THEIR HOMES?
Only the customer knows when it is time to paint their home. What we see is that the typical repaint time is between 5-7 years.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PAINT?
Exterior painting can only be done when the temperature is consistently above 50 degrees and below 90 degrees. Interior painting can be done anytime that is convenient for our customers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PAINT A HOME?
Every project is different. When we provide our FREE estimates, we also give an expected project completion range.

HOW WILL MY PROJECT BE MANAGED?
We have a few overlapping layers of project management. Each project is assigned a Job Site Supervisor (JSS) who will be the main point of contact while production is happening. In addition to this, we have a General Manager and an Office Associate who are in constant communication with the JSS and the customer.

CAN THE PAINTERS WORK ALONE IN MY HOUSE?
We work alone on many projects for many reasons. Ultimately, this will be a decision for the customer.

IS THERE ANYTHING THE HOMEOWNER SHOULD DO TO PREP FOR YOUR CREW TO ARRIVE?
There are several things we ask customers to do prior to our arrival. This is detailed in our proposals and includes allowing clear access to the work area and removing fragile/breakable items from the work area. The customer does not have to worry about lifting or moving heavy furniture, we take care of that.

WHAT IS YOUR CLEAN-UP PROCESS?
After our work is complete, we clean our work area, place waste in garbage bags, and vacuum dust and debris.

HOW MANY PAINT COLORS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TYPICAL PROPOSAL?
Every job and every customer is different. We ask our customers during the estimate appointment what their needs are for each job.

CAN YOU PAINT VINYL AND ALUMINUM SIDING?
Yes, aluminum and vinyl siding can both be painted as long as the surfaces are prepped properly and you are using the appropriate paint.
