We’re Open and Offering On-Site and Remote Estimates
At CertaPro Painters® of Staten Island, the safety of our customers, employees, and community is always our top concern. We understand this is a challenging time for most, and we want you to know we are here to help! We have developed procedures that will make our visit completely safe and non-intrusive for you and our team members.
Our guidelines align with the CDC recommendations and is an easy hassle-free process for our customers.
How to Receive Your Painting Estimate
- We can estimate from the photos you send us.
- We can estimate using a smartphone app.
- We can do a drive-by estimate for exterior projects.
- We can send one associate to the property who will maintain social distancing and wear the proper protective equipment (PPE) for the initial estimate.
Once the estimate process is complete, we will do a follow-up conversation over the phone where we will discuss your needs, the scope of the project, questions, and concerns, and talk through solutions. When you do encounter one of our employees, social distancing will be implemented.
During The Project
We will determine the number of painters based on the size of the project as well as how many people are present in the home. Each member of our team will be wearing the appropriate PPE, and if anyone is feeling ill they are encouraged to stay home. The team members will sanitize anything that has been touched as an extra precaution.
