Todd is a family man with a love for the outdoors. He and his wife were married in 2014. They currently have two sons. Their family also includes a variety of pets, specifically two dogs, two cats, a turtle, and a frog. In the Geoghan family, it doesn’t matter if you have two legs or four – you’re always welcome. That goes for people, too. If it’s a nice day, the family is probably outside, and anyone and everyone is welcome to stop by.
Todd’s background includes 15 years of customer service experience in real estate and hospitality services. He’s seen it all – the good, the bad, and the ugly (meaning paint color choices of course.) During this time he was a top performer in the roles of both sales and directing operations. This experience makes him uniquely qualified to be a CertaPro owner and a home improvement expert. His goal has always been the same – to provide quality services he and his team can be proud of and to make customer satisfaction the top priority. After all, his work directly impacts the local community.

When it came down to selecting his next business adventure, Todd wanted to work with a company that shared his values. He quickly found that in CertaPro.

As a franchise owner, Todd oversees, directs, and coordinates all areas of the business. This includes training, connecting with customers, educating customers and staff, providing estimates, and managing project completion. It’s a big job, but his business experience and his role as a full-time dad and small at-home zoo keeper has prepared him for almost anything.
Though this has him wearing many hats throughout the day, he considers his primary goal to be customer comfort and satisfaction.
I think we all are a little nervous about having contractors in our homes, unsure of the people who will be there and the job that will be done. I know this first hand and I take pride in making sure we deliver on our promise of professionalism, customer service, and communication – and of course a great paint job!
If you ask Todd, he will tell you that he is a homeowner first and business owner second. He uses this reasoning in every decision he makes and asks himself, “If this were my home, would I be happy with the service? Would I consider the professionals to be polite, helpful, and courteous of my space? Am I satisfied with the work?” If the answer is yes, then the job is considered a success.

Achieving Work-Life Balance
Todd is a weekday warrior. He spends everyday making sure that his team is prepared and his customers are satisfied. But what about on the weekend? Todd indulges his interests. He is focused on health and fitness and enjoys reading. He is also always looking for new ways to develop his skills as a father, husband, and business owner. This means spending quality time as a family. Todd and his family volunteer their time with local animal rescue groups. They also enjoy spending time as a family outdoors, bike riding, going to the beach, and just having fun in the backyard.
