A Dramatic Transformation

We gave this brown brick home, built in 1968, a needed facelift by pressure washing the entire exterior surface to remove dirt and grime before painting. We prepped the brick with Loxon sealer/primer and applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior Flat paint for added protection from the elements. The soffits and trim were prepped and painted in Sherwin Williams Duration Exterior Satin, while shutters were finished with Black Duration satin. We had to use 30ft ladders to reach the second story of the home. The new color scheme has modernized the home’s look and it was given added protection from the elements with the new paint application.
