I would recommend CertaPro Painters First Coast. Mike was great, Joe and Sarah did a wonderful job painting my house. They did not rush and took the time to make sure it looked great. Every one was very nice and personable. My only issue was with Mike and EZ Pay. They need to get on the same page. Getting the loan was very quick and easy and everyone was very friendly and informative. The problem is getting the loan activated. Mike told me I needed to go into their web site to mark the job as completed, however there's nothing in any of the web sites to do that. I called EZ Pay to find out what site I needed to go to, so I could do that. They told me there is none, that Mike has to contact them, then they would email me the loan docs to sign. Mike gets his money, and I can start making payments. It's only been a day, so I hope this will be straightened out. Other than the EZ Pay fiasco, I'm a very happy customer.

Jeff came by to measure and talk about paint colors. He was very friendly and efficient. He asked lots of questions to make he understood what we needed.

Mike was very communicative, polite, and efficient about the estimate appointment and the provision of the estimate. Every single detail you could imagine is included in the estimate. I appreciate detail put into my project!

Mike was very thorough and informative. He educated me on the process and products to be used as we walked the property to see what would need to be done. He was friendly and professional, and he had my estimate to me later the same day. I am very pleased with my experience with CertaPro.

The painters were fantastic! They arrived on time, did an amazing job, and cleaned up after themselves. Their attention to detail was superb. I couldn’t have asked for any better. I would highly recommend CertaPro.
