Commercial Building Entryway Painting Project

Commercial Building Repair & Painting Service
Our painters in Southlake, TX were recently contacted by AMI signs to repair the front of a commercial property. The building was getting ready to be renovated for a new business to open. AMI had removed the previous owners sign and you could still see the previous businesses name. We were contacted to refresh the area with new paint so they could easily add a new sign. You can learn more details about this commercial painting project below.
Condition of Facility:
We were contacted by AMI signs to repair and paint the front of a commercial building. They had removed a sign for the previous tenant, and needed the area readied so they could install the new tenant signage.
This impacted the front entry of the building where tenant employees and customers come and go, so it needed to be a very clean project both in terms of keeping the area safe for those to enter, and also the quality of the work as it was in a marquee location.
When we arrived, the area over the front entrance showed evidence of the previous sign that had been removed. This area is about 30 feet off the ground on the building. We patched all the holes from where the previous sign had been attached, then retextured the area so that the patching work would not be visible. Finally, we painted the area affected by the repair to match the rest of the front elevation.
Project Involvement:
This project required a 60-foot lift to access the work areas from the parking lot. We also had to match the color of the front of the building, and locate the appropriate texturing materials which are in short supply due to supply chain issues in the paint industry. All these had to be taken care of in order to complete the work with minimal impact on the tenant.
