Schedule an appointment with us online or by calling (406) 552-4909. Our appointment flexibility offers a variety of choices from early mornings, evenings and some Saturdays. We are happy to look at additional times if further flexibility is requested.

No Pressure Sales

Our team doesn't push you to buy anything from our free estimate appointments. When we meet, you'll be asked questions about expectations, current conditions, and desired results. We can give you the best options for your project by knowing the whole scope.

We will explain the details of the proposal and answer further questions. Please ask if we are offering any incentives to book your project on the day of your proposal.

Payment and Financing

Painting projects can run the gamut of prices, so we have options. We accept cash, check, ACH and credit card. We also offer financing options.

Ease of Project Scheduling

We work on your schedule. With events, home sales and other outside forces, we work within your timeframe to accomplish the project. At your estimate appointment, feel free to discuss workflow and scheduling. For customers needing their project started in a faster timeframe, we often can provide a 7-21 day window.

Our estimates are concise and clear. Nearly all estimate appointments will have a professionally printed and detailed proposal provided at the time of appointment. No waiting for an email or chasing us down after days or weeks. The efficiency and professional proposals set the tone for a Happy Painting experience with our entire team.

Clear Communication

We are in contact throughout the entire production process giving updates, estimated completion date, and scheduling a final walkthrough. There are times we find damage or further work is necessary on your project. If this happens our team will be upfront and honest about changes to scope and pricing, allowing you to make the decision.

Some contractors could leave you high and dry after your project is completed, but not CertaPro. What separates us from other contractors is our warranty program. Our work is not completed until customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
