In July 2020, CertaPro Painters® of Salt Lake City, UT was contacted to complete a repainting of a home in Sandy, UT. The exterior of the stucco home was outdated and in need of a modernized and more vibrant appearance.
All sides of the home were professionally worked for a beautifully and detailed new finish. Along with the stucco exterior, Certapro’s team refinished a door and two door frames as well.

Cedar Support Installation
The four-week-long project included two arms of CertaPro Painters® operation. The first was the paint team, and the second was their handyman. A concept was brought to the table to enhance the home’s entryway with a cedar section installed on the support posts.
Before the change, the home’s front posts were left bare and unassuming. The cedar installation exponentially raised the street appeal of the home with a beautiful custom section.
The eye-catching structure was realized because the homeowner trusted CertaPro’s team to positively alter the exterior of the residence. That confidence paid off with a distinguished piece that would turns heads in the neighborhood.
Modernizing A Stucco Exterior

Before the project began, CertaPro’s team surveyed the area and took pictures of the areas that needed their attention. The stucco was in need of an update and the entryway required an enhancement to better the home’s curb appeal.
THE FINAL RESULT
After the projects were complete, CertaPro Painters® gathered images of the newly painted walls and installed cedar posts in the entryway. The transformation provided lively colors and a beautifully stained cedar section.
