Holladay Hills Takes Shape: CertaPro Painters Joins IREM Utah for an Exclusive Preview

CertaPro Painters® of Salt Lake City, UT was proud to serve as the main sponsor for IREM Utah’s October luncheon, featuring an exclusive presentation and tour of the new Holladay Hills development.

Located on the former Cottonwood Mall site in the heart of Holladay, this impressive master-planned, mixed-use community will include more than 600 residential units and up to 750,000 square feet of office, dining, shopping, and entertainment space.

Attendees had the opportunity to explore the project’s vision of walkable design, with central plazas, scenic trails, and community parks that will transform the area into a vibrant live-work-play destination.luncheon flyer
