Community Associations Institute of Utah Board Member
As a dedicated board member of The Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute, Amy brings a passion for educating Homeowner Association volunteers and a commitment to supporting the organization’s mission to support and lead community association members by providing education, resources, and network opportunities to community managers, industry leaders, and community volunteers. Amy joined the board to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those served by CAI and is proud to support its work in Utah.
Over the past year, CAI Utah has achieved significant milestones, including hosting quarterly educational events, one BLCC course, one golf tournament, one tradeshow, and increased membership. The organization’s dedicated team has worked tirelessly to ensure that community association manager and homeowners volunteers have access to the education and needed resources, strengthening community support where it’s needed most.
As a member of the board over the past year, Amy actively contributes to the strategic vision of the organization, helping to ensure membership onboarding and sponsorship opportunities go smoothly. This next year, Amy will be overseeing the Events committee and assisting with the planning and execution of events such as the annual golf tournament and tradeshow.

Board Member of CREW Utah
Amy has been an integral member of CREW Utah since 2019, assuming various leadership roles that have significantly impacted the organization's growth and community engagement. She served as the Membership Committee Chair from January 2020 through the challenges of COVID-19, where she implemented effective strategies that led to a remarkable 25.5% increase in membership (January 2020 – December 2023). Her efforts were pivotal in elevating the chapter to Large Chapter status in 2023, underscoring her commitment to expanding and strengthening the CREW Utah community.
In addition to her role as Membership Committee Chair, Amy also dedicated 2.5 years to the Philanthropy Committee, where they 1) raised funds for research and scholarships through the CREW Network Foundation and 2) organized outreach events for high school and college students, aimed at showcasing opportunities for women in commercial real estate.
Currently serving on the Board of Directors as the Liaison to the Membership Committee, Amy continues to drive initiatives that enhance member experience and organizational success. Her dedication and contributions to both membership growth and outreach have established her as a cornerstone of CREW Utah's vibrant and inclusive environment.

Tree Planting in Murray, UT
On April 7th, 2022, in celebration of Spring, Earth Day, and Arbor Day, a group gathered outdoors at Murray City’s main park located at 296 E Murray Park Ave, Murray, UT 84107. The event was organized in collaboration with the city park maintenance division, and participants included our office staff and field managers. Murray, where our main office is located, provided the perfect setting for this community effort.
Together, we planted a total of 11 trees and numerous spring flowers throughout the park. The majority of the trees were planted along Murray Park Avenue, contributing to the beautification and enhancement of the park's landscape. This initiative not only commemorated the environmental significance of these special days but also fostered community engagement and stewardship of our local green spaces.
