Community Pergolas in South Jordan, UT Commercial Painting Project
This community has three pergola areas and all the yards are fenced with cedar planks. It is important to execute preventative maintenance to maintain an attractive community. We were hired to add a new coat of stain to the common area pergolas and all the fences.
Problem to be solved:
The columns had fading and water damage at the bases of the columns. The wood fences had staining and fading due to the repetitive exposure to the water from the sprinklers.
We prepped then added 2 coats of stain to all sides of the pergolas and fences. We replaced the cracked and broken trim boards around the base of the pergolas.
Time frame:
June- 2021.
