Boulders HOA of Herriman, UT Commercial Painting Project

TREO management hired CertaPro Painters of Salt Lake City to refresh an apartment complex they manage. The project scope consisted of prepping and painting the Hardie siding and stucco portions of the 18 blue buildings on the property.

Problem to be solved:

Our client needed to update their exterior paint with a fresh new look, without interrupting the tenants.

Obstacles:

Areas of siding had to be repaired and replaced before we could paint.

Solution:

We power washed, caulked the larger cracks, scraped the peeling paint, and spot primed where needed. Then, we applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint to the blue Hardie siding areas and one coat of Sherwin Williams Elastomeric paint to the stucco areas.

Outcome/Final result:

Our crew of three people was able to paint the 18 buildings in six weeks.

Time frame:

June-July 2019, 6 weeks.
