Basement Painting Project in Herriman, Utah
The basement had been finished out over a period of 2 years by the homeowner. They requested our services for the final touch, paint. The homeowner’s family members had started priming portions of the space.
The project included priming and painting the trim work, doors, and walls of about 1,500 square feet. We filled holes, caulked, prepped and painted a main living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 closets, and the staircase area.
Project Details
The Job Site Supervisor and team arrived on time as stated in a preparation phone call. The team performed extensive cleaning before prepping the areas to be painted. The team taped off the entire basement area from the main living space to contain the dust and fumes that were generated.
We were able to spray the doors and surfaces because the space was empty of furniture. The second coat of paint was applied by spraying, then back rolling to ensure complete coverage of the textured walls.

The Job Site Supervisor walked the project and completed touchups before performing a final walk through with the client. The client had zero call outs upon completion.
