In the summer of 2021, CertaPro Painters of Salem-Eugene was hired to paint TWO apartment building properties managed by AG Properties in Eugene, Oregon. Both properties are older apartments, so they needed some TLC – specifically, the owner wanted repairs to longstanding rot and damage and then have us paint the buildings with updated paint colors.

Some of the work that the apartments needed included a lot of scraping off of the old paint, caulking, priming, siding, and trim replaced. The primary challenges with the project included working under poor weather conditions as well as limited lumber availability. The property owner was very happy with how proactive we were in getting the right materials for a fair price and watching the weather to appropriately schedule the projects. We rented a lift, porta-potty, and trash bin – and the owner was very happy with how respectful we were with the tenants having access to go in and out of their units during the job.

Both apartments took about 3 weeks each to complete, starting the first one in the middle of July and finishing both by end of August 2021.
