Sunshine Senior Living Renovation in El Dorado Hills, CA
In January 2024, Sunshine Senior Living in El Dorado Hills, CA hired us to revamp the interior of their facility. Before starting, the facility was in great shape. They just wanted a refresh and some minor wall repairs.
The building was a three story senior living community. We painted all the halls, common rooms, dining hall and
stairwells. All tenants were present while we were working, so we made every effort not to interrupt their daily lives. We started early and the facility maintenance manager worked
closely with us to notify tenants when we would be working in their hallways and common spaces. They
had to close down the dining room for us to paint in there because we were using a scissor lift to reach the high ceilings in the dining room and all three levels in the central lobby.
In two in a half weeks, we renovated this building and made it shine. Another delighted customer! See the transformation below.
