Meridian Property Management Commercial Painting Project
We were hired in November 2021 to improve the exterior of a Meridian Property Management-owned complex in Roswell, Georgia. The metal roofs, doors, railings, and steps around the facility were deteriorating dramatically, with peeling paint and rusting metal.
Our team began scraping all of the metal with wire brushes to remove as much peeling paint as possible and create a smooth surface. After that, we applied a rust prevention primer on several areas prior to repainting. In total, this project took our commercial painting team 7 days to complete.
