Restoring Curb Appeal with Spot Painting
In August 2025, our team completed a targeted repaint project for Gabby’s Bakery in Franklin Park, IL.
The 77,000-square-foot facility required attention to areas of distress where paint was peeling or worn, with the goal of restoring curb appeal and maintaining the property’s condition.
The project was completed in just 3 days, minimizing disruption while effectively addressing problem areas and improving the overall look of the facility.

Scope of the Work:
The work focused on spot painting the building’s problem areas. Preparation included washing or wiping down surfaces as needed, scraping peeling paint, spot priming bare wood and metal, and applying putty, caulking, or wood filler where necessary.
We ensured that caulking was replaced only in areas where it was failing or missing. Color-matched paint was then applied to blend seamlessly with the existing finish, revitalizing the building’s appearance without requiring a full repaint.
