A Fresh Chapter: Library Renovation at Fairfield High School
In June 2025, our team returned to Fairfield Area School District—this time to take on a full-scale interior repaint of the high school library and adjoining work room.
Following a successful gymnasium project the previous year, we were brought back to help modernize the library as part of a larger renovation effort. With just 10 days allotted by the school and new carpet installation scheduled immediately after, the project was both time-sensitive and design-driven.
In just four days, we transformed over 7,000 square feet of outdated wall and ceiling surfaces into a vibrant, refreshed academic space aligned with a carefully curated color scheme.

With ceilings reaching 12 feet high, ladders and sanders were essential to reach and prep all surfaces safely and efficiently.
Time management was critical—our crew worked quickly yet carefully to meet the school’s tight schedule and ensure the next contractor could begin carpet installation without delay.
A key detail involved taping off walls and ceiling sections to achieve crisp, clean transitions between colors, especially in the two-tone bulkhead areas. Coordinating the paint application with the design rendering required attention to layout, symmetry, and accurate color placement to match the school’s vision exactly.
