Background:
Shoppes at Fox River is a large shopping complex located in Waukesha. It’s a staple of the area, serving thousands of customers daily. The property is also located on a vital thoroughfare for the area, making its appearance extremely important.
Project Scope:
CertaPro was brought in to revitalize the exteriors of the retail strip closest to the highway as well as the prominent Buffalo Wild Wings next door.
Description of the Project:
Our crew began the project by taping and covering all of the buildings’ signage. Then they began repairing the EIFS or stucco of each building, patching it to be uniform with the rest of the exterior. The next step was taping and painting a yellow accent strip on the Buffalo Wild Wings. Lastly, they primed and painted the walls, doors, and window frames.

To ensure the safety of tenant signage, extensive taping and covering procedures were employed before painting began. - High-Traffic Coordination:
With thousands of customers visiting daily, scheduling and project coordination were optimized to minimize disruption to retail operations.
Results:
The retail spaces look brand new and serve as a beacon welcoming customers to come and shop. Overall, the project took ten days to complete and did not interfere with any retail sales or traffic.
