Community-Wide Refresh: Curb Appeal Enhancements at Bayshore Village
Set along the scenic shoreline of Lake Zurich, Bayshore Village is a serene and well-appointed HOA community where thoughtful maintenance and neighborhood pride go hand-in-hand.
With 92 single-family homes framed by landscaped walkways and mature trees, the community offers residents both tranquility and a cohesive visual identity.
In the summer of 2025, our team partnered with the HOA to elevate the appearance of the entry doors across the neighborhood—bringing a fresh look that matched the community’s high standards for curb appeal and care.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:We completed full repainting on 30 doors and 30 sidelights across five buildings.
The process began with a light sanding to remove loose paint and promote strong adhesion, followed by priming and two fresh coats of Benjamin Moore’s Mink 2112-10 – a rich, modern color selected for its depth and elegance.
Throughout the project, we worked methodically in phases, beginning with buildings 1 and 2, and continuing through to building 5.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
One of the most important aspects of this project was our approach to protecting the quality of the finish while accommodating residents.
As homeowners were present during the work, our crew carefully sealed each open doorway with plastic to allow proper curing while also keeping out dust, insects, and moisture.
This technique ensured a smooth, durable finish while minimizing inconvenience to those living in the units.
