Terms and Conditions

  1. CertaPro Painters of Ottawa must complete the project.
  2. You or your referral must call (613) 915-6715 or fill out the form.
  3. You do not need to be a CertaPro Ottawa customer to participate.
  4. Program applies to residential and commercial properties.
  5. You cannot refer yourself.
  6. Only one referral per project address.
  7. Referral must not already exist in CertaPro Ottawa’s system; it must be registered before the first appointment.
  8. Referral must schedule an estimate within 15 business days of being referred.
  9. Referral must mention you referred them before their estimate appointment.
  10. Allow 3–4 weeks after project completion and payment to receive your $100 gift card.
  11. You may choose to split the bonus with your referral.
  12. You are responsible for any taxes on referral payments; forms will be sent to the CRA.
  13. Entries that are lost, late, or incomplete will be disqualified; CertaPro may change or end the program at any time.
  14. CertaPro has the right to verify and disclose referral details.
  15. Program applies to projects completed on or after April 15, 2025.
